We are excited to announce that we have a new role for a Talent & Inclusivity Manager to join our Talent & Leadership team. In this role you will support the delivery of our stretching Talent and Inclusivity ambition. The focus will be on uplifting our approach to Talent and Inclusivity across D&G, to nurture our talent, create a culture of inclusivity and engagement, and achieve ambitious business outcomes.  

This role will design, implement and evaluate a range of talent management and Inclusivity interventions for D&G.

It will also support the wider team with the implementation of the overall Talent & Leadership ambition, as part of the People Strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with Head of Talent, Inclusivity and Engagement to support execution of D&G’s Talent and Inclusivity ambition for 2024-25.
• Support the entire Talent process, including On-boarding, Talent Identification, Development, Mobility, Succession, Off-boarding and Alumni
• Lead on the Talent process in  Workday, ensuring seamless implementation and running of the new system.
• Take on specific priority initiatives as part of the Inclusivity roadmap to enable a systemic approach to Inclusivity.
• Support implementation of our ‘Everyday Inclusivity Journey’, Employee Networks, Inclusivity Reporting, Inclusivity Forum, etc.
• Design and maintain Talent Guides and develop talent management capability across different stakeholder groups.  
• Collate Talent Data, analysing trends across D&G and connecting data from our Talent and Inclusivity initiatives, to initiate required actions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with PRA & FCA requirements to ensure our practices are meeting /exceeding expectations.

Skills and experience required:

• Strong understanding of the theory and practice associated with Talent, Inclusivity, Engagement, Change and Culture.
• Interest and awareness of external trends, benchmarks, networks and thought leadership that will positively impact Talent & Inclusivity design.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and able to effectively engage and develop strong trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to build good partnering relationships with external suppliers to deliver projects.
• Bring a modern and innovative approach to talent management and inclusivity, being prepared to try out new ideas.
